Bears Land Yannick Ngakoue

On this week's episode of The Juice Time Podcast, Noah Adamany and Nick Osen share their excitement around the Bears signing a dominant pass rusher in Yannick Ngakoue to a one-year deal! Noah expressed concerns about Chicago being the sixth stop for Ngakoue in just eight seasons in the NFL, but also recognized that he was most recently a defensive captain for the Colts. Nick held Ngakoue in high regard, as he will provide an instant impact on the Bears' defense that was missing entirely a season ago, especially considering the departures of Khalil Mack and Robert Quinn, who led the way in terms of taking down the opposing team's quarterback.

 

Moving forward, Noah and Nick highlighted the recent surge in victories for their beloved Chicago Cubs, as the team has put itself in contention for a playoff spot with just under two months left of regular season baseball! They emphasized Cody Bellinger's astounding performance throughout the month of July, which silenced any trade talks ahead of the deadline. Ultimately, Noah and Nick expressed the importance of the Cubs continuing to stay on the heels of the NL Central-leading Milwaukee Brewers down the stretch.
